Transportation Overview:

If an individual doesn't have transportation through family, friends, neighbors or community agencies, his/her waiver may be able to cover for transportation expenses.

Non-Medical Transportation

NMT services can be used to access a person's job, adult da y support, vocational habilitation, group employment and/or supported employment-community services listed in an individual's ISP (Individual Service Plan)

HPC Transportation

HPC transportation services can help an individual access waiver and other community services, activities and resources that are listed in a person's ISP

We are also able to provide commercial transportation for individuals who are not enrolled on a waiver!
