OSL is only available for individuals who are enrolled on an Individual Options Waiver.

What it is:

Personal care and support services provided to an adult (18+) by a caregiver of the individual (can be related, or not) and lives with the individual receiving services and whose primary, legal residence is that home.

Personal care and support services include but are not limited to: homemaker services (HPC), chore, medication oversight
